Lake Superior Place will be a sustainable, vibrant and dynamic facility that will gather the community and create a uniquely Thunder Bay presence on the waterfront.
Lake Superior Place will extend its influence outside the city’s boundaries by creating a strong new focal point for the community and a landmark for the city on the international stage.
Lake Superior Place will express and promote the powerful cultural, historical and archaeological presence of the Thunder Bay waterfront and will demonstrate state of the art, environmentally friendly building techniques & principles of community sustainability.
